To allow non administrative accounts to write to CDs/DVDs

A pretty old and commonly available tip, if you want to limit the privileges of a user by giving him a non administrative account but allow him/her to write CDs/DVDs

Change the Registry Sting value of allocatecdroms at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon to 1
